The LAFTC Kickoff for the 2020-2021 season will be held on Septeptember 13th (Sunday) from 1:00-4:00pm (PST). We will have a presentation talking about what the 2020-2021 season will look like along with workshops focusing on different elements of robotics. You can see a full list on eventbrite. We will not be showing the game video so please watch it ahead of time.
Since Kickoff will be virtual, we will be holding the event over discord. Discord is similar to slack and other messaging services but allows an easier transition between video calls. You will be able to ask questions and bounce between workshops at your leisure. Each person attending will need to have their own account. Please email Amanda Sullivan at asullivan855@gmail.com if you have any questions or issues signing up. You will need to have your username be your first name and team number so it is easy to identify you. You can send the link to your students and other team members but please ensure they have proper digital etiquette. There is no limit to the number of people that can attend.
