FIRST Tech Challenge Rookie Grants
FIRST Tech Challenge is again offering need-based grants to rookie teams for our 2020-2021 season. Teams that apply and qualify will be awarded a $500 grant, with $275 allocated to cover registration and $225 applied towards product from the team’s storefront. FIRST Tech Challenge Kickoff Sweepstakes
FIRST Tech Challenge just launched their Kickoff Sweepstakes, one month before our official season kickoff! Prepare your team for ULTIMATE GOALSM presented by Qualcomm and get even bigger results during gameplay when you enter to win the 2020 Kickoff Sweepstakes. Four winners will be announced at the FIRST Tech Challenge virtual kickoff on September 12. They will receive a 2020-2021 ULTIMATE GOALSM partial game set and scoring elements. Teams will be notified of the sweepstakes through social media and email. Whether you are a new or returning team, competing remotely or head to head, having the elements used at official competitions, can help you:
- strategize game-play tactics
- get hands-on experience with ULTIMATE GOAL game elements,
- program your robot to exact field specifications,
- and run practice matches
Complete your 2020-2021 FIRST Tech Challenge team season registration before September 10, 2020 for a chance to win the 2020 Kickoff Sweepstakes.
The sweepstakes prize package includes one (1) 2020-2021 FIRST Tech Challenge season ULTIMATE GOALSM partial game set and scoring elements, a total approximate retail value of $260.00. The package does not include field perimeter or soft tiles. If your team has already completed your FIRST Tech Challenge season registration, you are already entered into the sweepstakes.
